Where it started
Azafran's was born out of a simple belief: that Pampore deserved a pizza worth talking about. Not the kind you forget in an hour — the kind you drive back for.
We started in Kadlabal Chowk with a stone oven, a short menu, and an obsession with getting the dough right. Every recipe was tested, failed, refined, and tested again until it earned its place on the menu.
Today, 2,400+ orders later, the obsession hasn't changed. Every pizza still leaves our kitchen the same way — made to order, fresh every time.
